Major Training specialises in the provision of web-based applications and desktop publishing training, complementing Premier IT's strengths in the areas of bespoke business applications, eLearning content development, Microsoft technical and applications training, and project-management courses. The acquisition provides Premier IT with the opportunity to take a much-enlarged training offer to Major Training's customers, as well as to offer new creative subjects to Premier IT's existing and future client base.

As part of the agreement, the employees of Major Training will transfer their employment to Premier IT, and Major Training's operations will move the short distance from Covent Garden to Premier IT's flagship facility in Russell Square, WC1.
