Steve Barden Joins LINE
London (UK), December 2008 - LINE Communications has appointed Steve Barden as Lead Consultant. From January 2009, Steve will be responsible for LINE's UK Consulting Practice, which helps clients deliver business-focused results on their learning strategies.
Steve brings more than twenty years experience in developing learning solutions for many public and private-sector organisations, having previously been Head of Consulting at Epic. He has worked across all the disciplines of defining, creating, and implementing learning for diverse organisations such as the MoD, the DCSF, LloydsTSB, Legal and General, Conoco, and easyJet. Steve has led a number of award-winning learning projects and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
Previously a Senior Manager within the Global Learning Technologies Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Steve also has a wealth of experience in the creation of blended-learning strategies, evaluation, change management, and the development of global learning platforms.
As Lead Consultant, Steve will be managing both the learning and technical consulting teams in the UK. He will also lead client projects that define, develop, and implement innovative approaches to learning. Particular focus will centre on developing corporate learning cultures to improve organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
