Kelly Services Deploys Talent-Management Suite

Santa Monica, CA (USA), April 2009 - Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. has announced that Kelly Services, a provider of workforce management services and human resources solutions, is deploying Cornerstone's integrated learning and talent-management software suite to nearly 659,000 employees worldwide, including temporary professional employees and full-time employees.




Cornerstone estimates it is the largest global implementation to date of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. Kelly Services will use the suite - including platforms for onboarding, learning, performance, succession, compensation, and extended enterprise - to manage and develop its temporary and full-time employees on a global basis.

When Kelly Services' Global Learning team sought to update its legacy Learning Management System (LMS), they saw an opportunity to partner more closely with other human resource (HR) functions within the company and select an integrated application platform to meet all of their needs. This would provide the organization with more insight into its workforce and allow them to be more effective with their Human Capital Management initiatives.
