Speaking about the development, Paul Browne, Equal Opportunities Manager at Queens says, "We're really excited about our Diversity Now eLearning programme. Previously, we delivered full-day equality-and-diversity workshops to our staff. However, this wasn't the most efficient training method as it took a considerable amount of time.

Diversity Now provides us with a much more time and-cost-efficient solution to the provision of equality-and-diversity training. We are now able to provide training to our 3,700 staff members over a period of months and monitor staff uptake to produce compliance reports. We've also been able to cut costs (trainers, travel, room hire, reduced time spent away from desk) and deliver training in an environmentally friendly manner."

Dr Maureen Murphy, Managing Director of Aurion Learning, comments, "The major challenge for us was to develop an online equality-and-diversity programme that would be equally relevant to all staff, from porters to senior professors.
