Glanjo - Global Language Journal launched

Noida, UP (IN), July 2011 - Glanjo, Global Language Journal has just been released at the Global Language Association (GLA) office in India. The magazine, according to its publisher Mr. Devanshu Kalra, aims at generating and moderating the dialogue among cultures through language and literature.

The first issue has Spanish in focus. The writers featuring in the issue are Dr. Oscar Pujol, Director, Spanish Cultural Center, New Delhi, poet and Sanskrit scholar, as well as Nobel laureates Pablo Neruda and Mario Vargas Llosa.

Glanjo was released by Hemant Srivastava, HOD, Mass Communication Department, Manglaytan University. Mr. Srivastava notes that Glanjo should not ignore Hindi and Sanskrit in its global pursuits, a view which is shared by Dr. Pujol.

GLA is a global association that aims to categorize and connect all globally placed language entities under a single umbrella. This not only includes language companies and agencies, but also language schools and universities, interpretation and sign- language companies, language associations and language experts, along with all major public and private companies that can benefit from the language industry.
