Continued Growth and New Office Space for Brightwave
Brighton (UK), October 2012 - Workplace learning specialist Brightwave has reported 41% growth in a year that has also seen new business increase by more than 42%. The success has been celebrated with expansion into 5000 sq ft of additional office space, designed by leading build specialists Minton Young.
Charles Gould, Managing Director, said, "We have double cause for celebration at Brightwave this year. Not only have we maintained the level of growth we enjoyed last year, but we've attracted a significant amount of business from exciting new clients including Tesco, BP, and Lloyds Banking Group, among others. The icing on the cake is our move into a superb new office space, which we've designed to be a fantastic place for the team to work, as well as being a perfect environment in which to welcome clients."
Investment in talent has been a key element of Brightwave's performance this year, with the number of permanent staff increasing by more than twenty.
Director of Talent Alison Mitchell-Innes added: "Developing the next generation of talent is high on the agenda at Brightwave to support our current growth and future ambitions. As well as strengthening our existing expertise, key appointments have also been made in senior management positions within sales and production, which will further support our strategic plans." The two senior appointments, to the positions of Sales Director and Production Director, have been made through promotion from within.
Liam O'Meara has over ten years' experience in online learning and has fostered longstanding partnerships with many of Brightwave's clients, including KPMG, PWC, Unilever, and Sky. Alongside a commitment to developing successful strategic partnerships with existing clients, Liam's focus is on growing Brightwave's expanding client base to support future growth plans.
Newly promoted to the role of Production Director, Colin Welch brings a wealth of experience in training and development. Supporting the work of Brightwave's learning solutions team, Colin's focus on slick production perfectly complements Brightwave's client-centric approach. A key priority is to deliver new, innovative ways of working that will inspire leading-edge learning solutions that deliver a positive business impact for clients.
With impressive 360 degree views over Brighton, Brightwave's new office has state-of-the-art meeting space and is geared up to support Brightwave's further growth plans.
