Corporate University Implements NetDimensions Platform
Hong Kong (CN), April 2012 - Mitsubishi Electric Automation (China) Ltd. has successfully implemented the NetDimensions Talent Suite as part of its corporate university with the goal of improving customer satisfaction across China.
"We chose the NetDimensions Talent Suite because it is a proven platform in terms of features, stability, and ease of use", says Vicky Li, Training and Development Officer at Mitsubishi Electric Automation China. "It provides us with visibility to target training at skills and competency gaps across the enterprise. Another major factor is the top quality service that we are receiving from the NetDimensions team in Shanghai."
A subsidiary of the Mitsubishi Electric Group, Mitsubishi Electric Automation China needed a system that would enable it to manage, deploy, and track annual training programs and performance evaluations, as well as to provide its managers, sales teams, and technical- support teams in China with complete visibility on their respective learning paths.
"The NetDimensions Talent Suite is helping us improve internal communication about training programs, which encourages our employees to play a more active role in their learning and development. It also fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing within our company", explains Li.
Charles Cheng, NetDimensions' General Manager in China notes, "We are honoured that Mitsubishi Electric Automation China chose us to support their training and development programs. We will continue working very closely with Ms. Li and her team."
