During this two-day event, participants will meet the "Generation Y": On the first day, students will relate their learning experiences with new media in the Students' Panel "The Smart Learner's Voice".

On the second day, the keynotes Gráinne Conole from the University of Leicester UK and Hannes Lubich from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland will talk about Generation Y and its members' habits with media use. What are the students' new learning habits? What pedagogical and organizational scenarios exist and how can they be employed to improve modern teaching?

How can we integrate social media in higher education? These and many more questions will be discussed and reflected on during the eduhub days 2012.

The general aim of eduhub days is to exchange experience with regard to eLearning activities. Participants have the opportunity to present their visions, opinions, and eLearning projects. The activities will mainly be realized by members of the Swiss eLearning Community.
