Tackling the Dysfunctionally Connected Workplace
London (UK), September 2013 - About 61% of working people own a smart phone. Technically, we are more able to connect than ever before, but according to research by The Ken Blanchard Companies, more than 80% of leaders don't listen and 82% never praise, redirect, or give appropriate feedback to their colleagues. Some 64% wish they could talk to their boss about problems with their colleagues, but only 8% actually do. The alarming truth is that our human connections in the workplace are alarmingly dysfunctional.
