Users Get Help

Free Navigation System for Software Applications

Heidelberg (GER), May 2014 - Search - find - solve: Using the software-help tool YouGuideMe from Germany's TTS is that simple. Now 2014, MS Office® users can find their way to their objective step by step and directly within the live application. -œNormally users have to click their way laboriously through text, simulations, and videos before they finally get to the answer and can start working again,- says marketing manager Jörg Geulen. YourGuideMe, by contrast, works like a navigation system. It doesn't just show you the correct procedure, but rather simultaneously solves the specific task in hand.

The clever real-time help function covers virtually all questions, from changing text formatting to removing the password protection on a document or adapting the animation in a presentation. Users simply enter what they would like to do in the search field (for example printing a file in Word 2010), find the relevant Guide from the hit list, and let the Guide lead them to the answer. Alongside Office 2010 and 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), users will also find answers to their questions about Windows 7 und 8, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and other applications.

Free and without registration

The program is free for private users, and there is no need to register. Companies and other commercial users can test the software free of charge and without obligation for thirty days. "Security has a high priority at TTS," adds Geulen, underlining an important point: TTS is a member of the Kaspersky White List Program, meaning the software is tested and certified.
