Upside Learning Stands Out in London

London (UK)/Pune (IN), April 2011 - Upside Learning put a stand at the CIPD's HRD 2011 at Olympia London in early April - their very first "outing" in the UK. It turned out to be a great show, with executives from several blue-chip companies visiting their stand to discuss specific performance and learning challenges. This is a good beginning for their new office in Europe, which was recently opened.

Upside Learning was further pleasantly surprised to be declared the "runners up" in the People Management Sponsored Best Stand 2011 competition. Apparently several "mystery shoppers" who visited the stand found the design good, the messaging clear, and the stand staff knowledgeable, passionate, and courteous.

Of all of the company's products and services, Upside2Go interested the most visitors. It's a unique product, and a lot of clients are just beginning to consider mobile learning. Upside2Go helps organizations offer both PUSH learning by delivering mandatory learning/updates, and it also allows PULL learning by allowing learners to pull information/training material when they need it (performance support).

Upside2Go further allows for social/informal learning, and implemented well it can do a world of good for the global workforce. At the ASTD show in February 2011, analysts Craig Weiss declared it the best debut.

There was also significant interest in UpsideLMS, a triple Brandon Hall Award winner that has kept pace with the new technologies. Its unique three-tier architecture, built in Authoring Tool and e-Commerce Engine, mobile social-learning features, and very attractive pricing made it especially popular with the visitors. Even people eyeing Moodle wanted to consider UpsideLMS as an option.
