Trainer1 Exports eLearning Expertise to Russia
London (UK) / Moscow (RU), March 2007 - Trainer1, a UK learning consultancy, is supplying its eLearning expertise and experience to Business Training Russia (BTR), one of Russia's short-term business education and training companies.
Trainer1's, Neil Lasher, explained: "BTR, which is at the forefront of the corporate training scene in Russia, is experiencing a growth in demand for blended rather than purely classroom-delivered learning. Consequently, BTR has approached Trainer1 to help it to build a strategic plan to develop its blended learning offering and to help it develop its capability to produce and deliver eLearning materials."
"In its work, Trainer1 specialises in helping organisations to become self-sufficient in designing and developing eLearning materials," he added. "Our specialists are now providing the benefit of our many years' experience to help BTR staff to do the same."
Under the terms of the deal, Trainer1 will be working with BTR to help build a new market position, as well as in the transfer of knowledge and skills required to recruit and train suitable staff including instructional designers and training development staff.
Among the Moscow-based company's internationally known clients are Audi, Bacardi, Sony, Volvo, L'Oreal, IKEA, and Diageo.
