The scope of the conference includes but is not limited to the following topics as they relate to eLearning in both its theoretical and technological perspectives: edutainment, hardware tools, software tools, content, LMS, standards, communication, etc.

The conference is organized by the Suan Dusit, eLearning Center, Rajabhat University, Thailand.
