MicroLearn Further Expands Content Library
London (UK), April 2019 - Dedicated to developing new topics, alongside managing existing content, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created eight brand-new courses for release in April 2019, increasing the size of its off-the-shelf catalogue to 150 titles. The courses are entitled Remote Working, Networking, Collaborative Working, Career Planning and First Impressions.
Introducing to the library a range of new and relevant topics that explore career progression and the changing landscape of professional growth, MicroLearn have released a brand-new Career Development suite featuring a course on Career Planning. The suite explores how a career plan enables you to make clear, informed decisions about your future in the workplace, as you focus on your ideal career, identifying the steps required to move in the right direction, as well as allowing for course correction if your circumstances change.
The suite also includes the new Inducting a New Team Member course, which looks at the benefits of an effective induction process to both the organisation and the employee. When individuals feel welcome and receive the support they need to engage with their new role, it boosts both their productivity and satisfaction levels, meaning they’re more likely to remain with the business long term.
The new release will also feature courses on the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as the expansion of the popular Workplace Wellbeing range. An addition is the Better Judgements component, created in collaboration with the award-winning author and specialist in behavioural skills Liggy Webb.
The Workplace Wellbeing range is designed to promote positive working cultures and to highlight the risks and warning signs of poor mental health, stress, and sickness in the workplace and beyond. Better Judgements will be a fantastic addition to the range, as judgement is a vital skill for a range of personal and professional situations. It is one that can always be improved to help ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.
As well as creating and adding new content to our library, we pride ourselves on regularly maintaining and updating the existing catalogue of titles. This quarter, we have reworked our Safeguarding suite, updating and rejuvenating the videos in both the Children and Vulnerable Adults titles.
Ali Soper, Creative Director and Cofounder said, "We’re proud to add new titles to our off-the-shelf library of bite-sized resources every quarter. Driven by our customers, the roadmap includes a variety of relevant and timely course content that supports today’s employees and organisations to boost workplace development and professional skills."
