MicroLearn’s Autumn Content Release 2019

London (UK), October 2019 - MicroLearn has published its Autumn Content Release, and the team has created eight brand new courses and updated three existing suites. All have now been released, increasing the size of its off-the-shelf catalogue to over 150 titles.

This season’s release sees three new titles added to the popular Health & Safety series, featuring a course on Work at Height that explores the associated risks, legal requirements, and the steps both employers and employees can take to ensure safe working practices when working at height.
Additions to the suite also include a new Moving or Falling Objects course that looks at the hazards and how to mitigate the risks. There is also a new Vehicles in and around the Warehouse course that explores the importance of driver safety, how to prevent vehicle related incidents, and how to manage the risks in relation to vehicles in the warehouse.
Following the results of its Customer Roadmap Survey, in which MicroLearn invited customers to share their topic suggestions and content wish list, it has developed two brand new modules, Performance Management and Workplace Ethics, which are the latest additions to MicroLearn’s expanding Management & Leadership suite.
The Autumn Release also features an expansion of the popular Workplace Wellbeing range with the addition of Ambiguity, Curiosity, and Critical Thinking. The three courses were created in collaboration with Liggy Webb, the award-winning author and specialist in behavioural skills.
What’s more, MicroLearn has also updated three of its existing suites with brand-new videos and updated expanded learning. The Personal Development, Customer Service, and Communication and Social Skills suites have undergone a complete overhaul, with new elements added to improve the video quality and interactivity of the courses.
Ali Soper, Creative Director and Cofounder said, "We’re proud to announce that the team have added eight brand new courses to our off-the-shelf library this autumn, covering an impressive range of topics to support our learners’ personal and professional development, as well as promoting compliant behaviours in the workplace."
