The New Course-Selling Platform by iSpring
Alexandria, VA (USA), September 2019 — iSpring Solutions Inc., a global leader in eLearning software and services, introduces Flora LMS, the new platform for selling courses online. The platform provides business trainers, edupreneurs, and training companies with an end-to-end solution to host, market, and sell training content online.
Flora is an online training center that combines a convenient marketplace and intuitive learning environment. It is designed to help training companies, educators, and edupreneurs quickly launch a course marketplace with a catalog, shopping cart, user management, certificates, and statistics. Since it’s extremely easy to use, the platform saves users the effort of deploying a separate website, setting up payment systems, and developing a reporting engine.
"A great part of our work is to help training companies and educators share their expertise worldwide and grow their online business. With Flora, they can easily turn their knowledge into measurable profit and provide their audience with a seamless learning experience. Spreading knowledge is an impactful mission, and we’re extremely proud to help our customers carry it out," says Tonya Smolentseva, VP of Quality Assurance at iSpring.
Course marketplace
Users can quickly add courses to an online storefront, where each course has its own page with a description, course program, and reviews. Soon, it will also be possible to add demo previews so learners can check out a course before purchasing and decide if it fits their needs.
To help authors gain a wider audience, course pages are visible to search engines. It is possible to organize courses and files into learning paths with strict completion rules and due dates. You can also create coupons to provide clients with discounts and drive more sales.
Extensive format support
Flora LMS allows users to upload multiple types of content, whatever format their expertise is represented in. The platform supports video (FLV, MP4), documents (PDF, DOC, XLS), presentations (PPT), courses and tests (SCORM), as well as dialog simulations and assessments made with iSpring authoring tools.
Certificates and rewards
Once learners complete a course or a test, the platform automatically awards them with a certificate — a default one or a customized version. To drive learner engagement, course authors can also assign points and badges for course completion.
Insightful reports
With e-commerce reports, it’s easy to monitor revenue data, identify the most profitable courses, and align other content so it shows the same performance. Plus, the platform generates statistics on learner progress that can be used to renew course content and increase profits.
Intuitive learning portal
Course takers get a convenient user portal where they can see their courses and deadlines, and also keep track of their achievements and certificates.
Branding
It’s possible to set a custom domain name, add a logo, and align the platform color scheme with your corporate brand identity.
Flexible payment options
Course creators can accept payments through credit card or online payment systems: Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net. The platform supports 30 currencies, giving you the ability to sell courses internationally.
